Tokenomics
Where the supply goes
We hold about 16% of the supply. Two wallets at 3% each, and roughly 10% in a treasury held for growth. It is written here, and every figure in it can be read on-chain.
The lock is held by the launchpad, not by us, and it does not come off. Nothing appears later under an address we have not shown.
The treasury figure is approximate. What a buy returns depends on the trades around it on the curve, so it lands near 10% rather than exactly on it. The real number can be read on-chain at any time.
The fee
Every trade carries a 3% fee. It was set when the token was created, it cannot be raised afterwards, and where it goes is public at every moment. Because Vermilion is paired against TAO, the fee is taken in TAO and is never converted into something else. What reaches holders is paid in TAO itself, not in a token that stands in for it.
What the fee is not: a floor under the price. If trading slows, the fee slows with it, and what is left is a token whose value is set by the next buyer, like every other. Both of those things are true at once, and both are said here.
What cannot happen
The questions worth asking about any token, and where this one stands.
| What people check | Here | Why |
|---|---|---|
| New supply | No mint | Supply was fixed at 1,000,000,000 when the token was created. There is no function that prints more. |
| Frozen wallets | No blacklist | No address can be blocked from transferring or selling. |
| The fee going up | Cannot be raised | The 3% is set at creation and cannot be changed afterwards. |
| The pair being swapped | Cannot be swapped | Vermilion trades against TAO, and that pairing is fixed at creation. |
| Liquidity being pulled | Locked | At graduation the trading pool was seeded and locked permanently. No wallet can withdraw it. |
Who holds it
Two core team wallets hold 3% each, and the treasury holds roughly 10%. Each is labelled by what it is for, so the holding can be checked on-chain rather than taken on faith.

The wallets
| Wallet | Share |
|---|---|
| Launch and treasury - Held for Growth | ~10% |
| Core team - two wallets | 6% |
One wallet did the buying. When the token was created, the launch wallet bought about 16% in one transaction: the creator's 3%, the second core team member's 3%, and the treasury's roughly 10%. It kept the treasury's share and sent 3% to each core team wallet. Both moves are public on-chain.
The contract
Vermilion launches on Robinhood Chain, paired against TAO. The address below is shown with the transaction that created it, so the launch can be read on-chain by anyone.
